Denver Zoo offers birthday packages that are perfect for children 3-12 years of age and will delight your more mature members as well. Peruse our two options below to find what’s best for you.

FOUR EXCITING THEMES AVAILABLE…
I Spy at the Zoo – NEW! (Ages 1 to 4)
Play everyone’s favorite “I Spy” game with zoo animals! Practice your colors and shapes as you giggle your way through this fun and active party theme, complete with games, songs and up- close animal encounters.
African Adventurer (Ages 4-12)
Pack your safari gear, ‘cause we’re taking a trip to the wilds of Africa… Take a plane trip across the ocean, a jeep safari through the savanna, and a boat ride to Madagascar. You’ll stalk like a lion, yip like a wild dog, and have so much fun you’ll be laughing like a hyena!
Rainforest Explorer (Ages 4-12)
Put on your explorer’s hat and we’ll set out to discover the amazing animals of the tropical rainforest. Climb from the shadowing forest floor, through the tangled understory up, up, up to the canopy above… The rainforest is a busy place, and you’ll meet a variety of animals that add to the rumble of the jungle!
Rockin’ Reptiles (Ages 4-12)
Are you a fan of the sssslithery, sssscaly and sssleek? Reptiles are often misunderstood, but are some of the coolest creatures on the planet – and we’ll prove it! Get ready to rock out with reptiles from around the globe

PRICING
BASE PACKAGE (10 children, 2 adults): $275 for zoo members, $295 for non-members
Additional children: $12 each
Additional adult non-members: $10 each
Additional adult members: FREE (must show membership card at gate)
Headcount and final payment are due a minimum of 5 days in advance of the party date. |

- 15-minute themed craft session, led by a Zoo Educator - $5 per child
- 15-minute themed parachute game, led by a Zoo Educator - $50
- 15-minute spray tattoo painting session - $50
- Large one-topping pizzas - $9.95 each
- Pitchers of lemonade, juice or soda - $5 each
- Themed birthday cupcakes (chocolate, double chocolate,
white, yellow, marble, chocolate chip, banana and lemon) - $1.50 each
 AVAILABILITY
WILD themed parties are available at 10am, 12:30pm and 3pm Saturdays and Sundays year-round. Reservations must be made at least 3 weeks in advance and are available on a first come, first served basis. Base package payment in full is due at the time of reservation, and is non-refundable.

white, yellow, marble, chocolate chip, banana and lemon) - $1.50 per cupcake
Zoo It Yourself parties require only 5 days advance notice and can be scheduled for any day of the year. Please note that you are welcome to bring your own picnic food and cake, but there are no reserved eating spaces for Zoo It Yourself parties. You are more than welcome to use any of the Zoo’s outdoor seating areas at Samburu Grille, Northern Shores, or Brown Bear meadow for your celebration on a first come, first served basis. For the safety of our animals the zoo does not allow balloons, streamers, confetti, stickers, whistles or piñatas on its grounds.
